How do you reduce house chorez

Am a STHM with my toddler and currently 23 weeks pregnant. I feel like am cleaning all day and have so much to do still before baby arrives. So am looking for tips on how to reduce house chores.

I clean everyday, declutter, and keep surfaces clean. When i do laundry, i iron every cloth that needs ironing. My toddler aint so messy either as he learnt from the beginning to be tidy. I do ask him to return toys but it doesnt always work because he is just 2½, understandable. Bending is getting harder and i have pelvic pains.

My biggest problem areas are the floor and kitchen. Food cramps everywhere from him throwing whatever piece that doesnt get into his mouth. So hard to keep the house tidy when we are constantly living in it. And no, sinking in a mess is not an option for me because it makrs me less productive, i cant study or work in messy spaces and am generally not happy. I need a clean house to function. But also dont want to spend all day cleaning because now i have to set up for new baby and finish all my work before july.

What tips do you have. Other than own less, and buying a vaccum robot. Recently i discovered cooking for a week so i dont have to have too many utensils to wash every day and i must say it did reduce my kitchen cleaning by half. Our dish washer runs every 2 days so that hasnt changed but i have less hand washing to do for the big saucepans. So if you have more tips please share.
