Is this a kidney stone? Maybe tmi to some

Hello, I recently was in labor and delivery for extreme pain but they never found anything. My baby moved after around 10 hours and my pain stopped so I thought it was just her laying in a weird spot as I'm 34+3 now, this was about 2 weeks ago. They did an ultrasound on my kidneys to check for stones but never found anything. They did note that I had blood in my urine(not visible), but this morning I found this while wiping after peeing- was uncomfortable last night but I thought it was just pregnancy stuff being I can only lay on my hips now. If it's not a stone then it's a piece of bone from my pup that she brought into my bed yesterday lol. Do you think it's a stone? I never had one before but I did drop it off at the Dr to be tested, going to be super embarrassing if it's her bone 😂 pic of said bone and pup, and the stone(all 3 pics are the same stone just different angles as it looked odd)
