Don’t know what to talk to my therapist about
Every time I meet with her I explain something bothering me or something I’m struggling with and I’m always given the same answer. Just breathe, be kind to yourself, visualize being somewhere different, etc. that just makes me not want to talk about anything I’m struggling with cause it’s always the same response so I never know what to say. I feel dumb for being sad or upset because she makes it sound like it’s a simple thing to get over. Yes I use these tools or try to but I feel like it doesn’t help with certain things. Suggestions?
