When to start testing

Hey guys, Im now on cycle 2 and I just bought opks and should have them on Monday. Since the only time I ever used them they confused me, I was wondering when I should start using them if my cycles range between 30-34 days?

Test 2 times a day between 11am and 8pm once you get them. Test till both lines are the same color or test line is darker then control whatever comes first is your positive. Add BBT to confirm ovulation and dpo and you will know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy

Personally I always started on cd 10-12 but I have irregular cycles, it's better to start a little earlier if you're not sure how long your lutheal phase is as this can vary a little per person its better to start too early rather than too late especially whilst you learn what is best for your body.
