Pregnant on Copper IUD?

Hi everyone. Just wanting some advice….

So I’m currently on the Copper IUD and I’m late for my period. I already have a 5 month old son. I’m very regular with my periods even while being on this contraception. I knew I was pregnant with my son once I was late. I was spotting about 1-2 weeks ago thought my period was coming early but it stopped at that. I have been sexually active with my partner. im very nervous. I currently have covid & don’t know how I can go and get a pregnancy test or be seen by the doctors to confirm. I’ve done research about getting pregnant on this contraception is only 1%.,, is it possible that im pregnant again? Anyone conceive on this contraception and had a successful pregnancy?
