Ovulating?

My clear blue ovulation tests always flash as high (for the last 5 months) for 5-9 days but never as peak. I have regular periods like clock work but I can never pinpoint ovulation. I tried work the cheaper tests maybe I will do them next cycle...but they always seen negative, but I haven't used them that often.

It's making me panic (obsess but I'm trying to keep myself calm) and i know this isn't a good state to conceive.

A nurse told me. "It's fine you're having regular periods" but people who don't ovulate can still have bleeds right?
