Hi Ladies,

This is my first month tracking bbt.

I got a positive opk on CD13. My temp rose the next morning (CD 14) by 0.3 but went down yesterday (CD 15) and then shot back up this morning (CD 16).

Is this normal? And when would I have possibly ovulated, CD13 or CD14?
