Skin texture problem

I make and sell custom earrings! I usually don’t model them because I don’t like the up close angles.

I never noticed my skin texture until I decided to model these I made. I work a full time job that requires make up everyday.

I do wear a full coverage foundation to cover my acne scars but is there anything else I can do to smooth out my skin? I don’t use primer unless it’s an special occasion. I don’t really have a skin care routine. I do moisturizer with hempz lotion but that’s about it. My skin is so sensitive to everything. I bought the Lumi Spa and sensitive cleanser and my face freaked out. I have big cystic acne that was very painful. Every cleanser I’ve tried has done the same thing so I just quit trying to find anything to use. Dove sensitive Soap and water is all I use on my face. No serums, no oils, no masks, no treatments, nothing. I’m 26 and I know I need one but I have no idea where to begin! HELPPPP!
