Puppies in the parking lot

My husband and I went for some groceries and there was a family giving out puppies from the back of their SUV.

My husband and I had to remind outselves that

1. Our 10 month old puppy is not yet trained

2. We dont have ESA clearance for another dog in our apartment (our current puppy is my ESA

3. We have a trip in July and would prefer not to pay to board 2 doggos.

4. We dont know these people. Could be a bad breeder, and do I want to support folk that do that?

Anyway it took A LOT to not go home with a brand new puppy.
