Panties always wet??

Anyone else notice every time they go to the bathroom they’re panties are always wet? Should I be worried? I know they say to check for smell & color but I just don’t find it helpful because it never seems to have a color but smell is always different. Sometimes it’s odorless sometimes it’s sweet other times it smells like it can either be pee or discharge. I’m not sure if I should go to the hospital to be on the safe side or what? This has been happening for a while and whenever I get an ultrasound done they always tell me my fluid levels are good so I’m not sure if I should be worried.
