Switching Bc pills! help!

So I was on Pirmella 1/35 and switched to Nortrel 1/35. I didn’t take any breaks I went to the next pack the Sunday after my period. My concern is , I had unprotected sex that following Monday and today but now my doctor is saying I was supposed to use protection the whole month! It’s a week later and idk if it’s the hormones that’s freaking me out or what! Does anybody have any advice ?? Should I take plan b for the sex I had today?
