Possible Ectopic Pregnancy

Just wondering if anyone has had an ectopic pregnancy, what were your symptoms...

Reasons for asking:

Period is 5 weeks over due...

Mild pregnancy symptoms, slight nausea, swollen tender breasts, mood swings, teary which is not me at all.

I also have a pinching/pressure feeling on the right hand side. Kind of just on the inside of the hip area. When I stretch, cough, etc it tends to hurt more kind of sharp sudden pain that goes away as quick as it comes.

I have taken a couple of tests a few weeks ago that I'm a bit iffy about but no solid positive. Photo attached of the tests (photos were taken within the 5 min range of the tests being done)

Waiting on drs to ring me for an appointment. I shouldn't have googled...
