i’ve been seeing this guy recently and i’m not on any birth control and he doesn’t use condoms but he pulls out every single time we have sex. i’m kinda paranoid i’m going to get pregnant because we’ve been having sex like 1-4 times a day for the past month and idk if i should be concerned or not. should i be? i want to go on birth control but i have bipolar disorder and i’m scared of it altering that or making it worse and i don’t even know where to go to get birth control. idk i’m nervous

You should definitely be concerned and so should he. Pulling out is not a birth control method. Both of you should realize that you are actually m planning a pregnancy if you’re having unprotected sex with no actual birth control method. If you are not wanting a pregnancy and he is not either then you need to actually use a birth control method.

I'm bipolar and I've tried almost all of the birth controls available except for IUD. I suggest you stay away from Depo because they can be very hard to cope when the hormones start to not be so stable do the lack of you are cycle and weight gain.
