High WBC in his semen sample

So my hubby got his first sperm analysis. Everything is good but he has high leukocytes count 3 milion/ml (normal is up to 1 milion/ ml).

Sperm volume 2.4 ml, sperm count 46 mil/ml, total sperm count 111 milion. Total mortility 58%, progressive motility 42%. Morphology 10%. pH 8.0.

Semen culture negative.

We are now waiting for chlamydia, micoplasma and ureaplasma test result. Did anyone’s hubby had similar issue and what caused high white blood cells count? How do you solve this?

We have a 2 year old conceived without any problem, and one early pregnancy loss 3 months ago. I read online that high WBC count in semen can weaken the sperm and damage the genetic material :/
