What do y’all think? Do y’all think these are symptoms ?

I been feeling super emotional, crying for no reason… like out of no where & I’ve also been cramping, I’ve been pooping a lot but sometimes feel constipated, very thirsty, not sure if I’m just noticing how much I drink, or actually thirsty. & my lower back has been sore (sometimes) mostly when I lay down !! I have been getting super aggravated for no reason! I’ve also had like a good bit of like discharge to. I haven’t had any sore breast’s That I am aware of. I am bloated & increased appetite. I used to could only eat like a kids meal, now for like the past week I’ve been eating a good bit.
