Opinion please

Basically I took clomid from cycle day 3-7 50 msg I’m so confused !!! After I took the last pill the next day I got smiley and postive ovulation test how can that be if u see in the picture the last 2 pics I herd u can get false postive on clomid so I did baby dance and been baby danceing but I haven’t gotten another postive could that have been my postive if u see in the pic with the only strip my test are coming back like even the the clear blue that had smiley which means ovulation soon the next day of the pill doesn’t have smiley no more idk i want this to be my month am i out this month ?
