12 DPO BFP but started to spot

Please help, I got my first BFP 12 DPO yesterday but started to cramp and spot last night. Started pink ish and watery and went rusty brown. Still testing positive today and AF due on Monday. Is this likely to be a chemical? Or is there still hope 🤞
