1 year old 1 nap
My son takes 2 naps throughout the day. 1st nap is at 10am and lasts about 1 hour 30mins. His last nap is at 3 and lasts about the same time. For the last few days he hasn’t been taking his afternoon nap. Is it alright for a 1 year old to take 1 nap?
