So freaking confused

Ok period was due according to the flo app on the 9th, i had sex and had spotting but the next day was back to regular discharge. However according to glow my period was due yesterday and is now late. Had sex again last night and had light red/pink discharge and thought for sure that was my period starting but fast forward to today I had some cramping this morning and I also have a small amount of EWCM? Took a test on the 8th which came out very negative. Should I take another or just wait it out a bit longer? This is so confusing, i think my body is playing tricks on me!
