Cat naps 😩

This is my third baby, I have an 11 and 8 year old and now two month old. I don’t remember any of my other babies cat napping all day. I am exhausted and a little depressed. I can’t do anything during the day. My LO will only nap in his crib for 20 mins or have contact naps as well as have so many false starts for bed time and he’s still waking up 2-3 times a night (which I know is normal). I’ve tried everything I could think of: expanding/decreasing wake times, swaddle/no swaddle, dark room, rock baby, pacifier, white noise and no success. He sleeps in the carrier but I really can’t do anything in the carrier. Any other mamas with cat nappers and did it stop? Please help 😩
