Can you see something?

So we have been ttc for 18 months now 😟 I last had a period on the 26th of feb. However my cycle is all over the place because of pcos. Couple of days ago I had pink spotting that was only when I wiped maybe 3-4 times and have had cramps on and off the last 4 days. I had the exact same when I was pregnant with my daughter so thought I’d do a test and this is the results. Do you think it could be the start of something or do I just want to see that line? Done another test which was negative but then realised this test pictured

was much more sensitive that the negative one.
