Egg retrieval !!

Had to come on here and share my excitement !! Just got the call from my IVF nurse that my egg retrieval is scheduled for this Wednesday 3/16 - & my doctor gave me the okay for a fresh transfer. I’m so happy to be here , it has been a long rough 3 years but we are finally steps closer to our miracle. I pray all goes all these next few weeks.

Any advice or suggestions for egg retrieval and transfer? & I would love to know whom are in similar stages of there journey or has been through ivf and what was it like ?

Update: Just got back home from my egg retrieval and feeling pretty good. I was feeling very crampy and the anesthesia still has me feeling super sleepy but good news 38 eggs retrieved. I’m super happy - tonight I start my progesterone oil injections and should get an update tomorrow on how many fertilized. ❤️
