Daughter hasn’t pooped in a week

My daughter is 4 and hasn’t pooped in a week. I took her to the doctors on the 7th and she recommended a few things to try. She also felt a little hard lump in my daughter’s stomach, which she thinks is just a piece of loose stool. My daughter is having an ultrasound done on Thursday just to be sure.

I’ve tried having her drink more water, fiber gummies and medicine for constipation but nothing has been working. She’s not in any pain (at least she says she isn’t.) I’m going to message her doctor when I’m done work.

If she’s not constipated, is there any other reason she hasn’t pooped? I ask her why she doesn’t and she always says she doesn’t have to.
