Someone help me make sense of this!! So my husband and I have been ttc baby #2 for 9 months and have had 4 confirmed chemicals in that time. Quick back story: I have endo, PCOS, calcifications in my uterus and factor v Leiden. Cycles are normally 30 days give or take. We had just finished 6 rounds of clomid and switched to Femara 2.5mg for this newest cycle. My cycle began with cycle day 1 being 3-3-222. Since then I started testing cycle day 5, like I always do. I always noticed some LH fluctuations which is normal but I’ve never had my levels drop all the way to almost nonexistent before my supposed ovulation. Is this normal for Femara to cause this ?
