Ovulation timing.

I always get my first positive opk and peak opk in the same day. I also always ovulate within 24hrs of getting my first positive opk. I tend to get lots of cramping and I spot during ovulation. So I’m a bit confused but I got my first positive opk yesterday and my peak today. So would that change the timing of my ovulation or will I still ovulate today??

I am having some symptoms including very tender nipples and spotting. I’ve just never had this happen before.

Also, both my apps are saying I’ll ovulate today.
