Myo-inositol screw up period?

I have PCOS and am on Femara. I took myo-inositol this month. Can it affect your period at all? Thanks!

Yes it can!!! It made my cycles longer delayed ovulation by up to 4 months also messed up my hormones! I do not recommend this (I have mild pcos). I was also advised my fertility doctor to not take this when taking fertility treatment as I’m on cycle 3 with clomid
