What are these spots?
It's probably just part of stretching? My belly button obviously is stretched and has a red appearance, but the dots concern me. It also looks like maybe a circle under the skin, deep, above my navel. I guess I wouldn't worry as much, but this area is painful. It feels like knots/sore. The pain does not go away.
