So scared I have a Eptopic pregnancy😓😓

I’m 4 weeks and 5 days, this will be my 4th pregnancy. I’ve been cramping alot but didn’t really think too much about it. Yesterday morning there was some brownish red blood in my underwear, maybe 2 of 3 drops. This super concerned me because I never had that with any of my other pregnancies. It stopped and I haven’t had any since. I have also been having shoulder pain the past several days, it’s sore, almost feels like i got a shot in my right Arm, I didn’t even connect it to the bleeding at first, thought maybe I slept on my arm funny since it’s the side I usually sleep on. Now I’m full on stressing that this is a eptopic pregnancy, going to call my doctor as soon as they open and try to make an appointment . Anyone else experienced this? How did it turn out? I feel heartbroken, something just feels off. I’m so worried, just want to cry
