Bleeding every time

Y’all I need help. I have an IUD first and foremost. I’ve had it for a about a year now. The last 2 months I’ve bled so much after sex. I haven’t had a period in a LONG time due to bc. I’ve spotted before after sex that lasted maybe a day and Ik that’s normal. But the last couple times it’s been crazy long. Last month I bled for 6 days. I was thinking maybe this is my period because it was heavier than spotting. I was told it will take me a long time to get off Depo completely once starting the IUD and I may have a period eventually. Well the next time we did it I bled again for 3 days. And we did it today and here I am BLEEDING AGAIN!!! I need help
