neeed help

hi-so i ovulated on 17th, my fertile window was from the 9th through today (the 21st)

I had protected sex tonight- but there was some stuff that was on the outside of the condom. i’m pretty sure it was my own.

should i do a plan B or should i take a test in a few days? i know plan B doesn’t work after ovulation and i already ovulated so… i have no idea what to do, because this hasn’t happened before.
