It regenerates I’ve lost pieces since I was around 25 weeks I’m 38 weeks now and still no baby even if u were far along and lost it it doesn’t necessarily mean anything unless there’s blood and your contracting

You can lose pieces of your mucus plug throughout. It regenerates. Also yes that looks like a piece of mucus plug. If you have a bloody show, that's when labor is closer.
