Early Miscarrage?

I was 2 days late and when I started to bleed I had THE worst pain. My legs were numb, had severe cramps and back pain, shivers, had to lay on floor since I was at work and threw up on my first day. I had dark almost black blood and clots. Today is day 2 and haven’t had to change my pad all day and this pic is at the end of day. Is this normal? I’ve never had it this dark before. I would expect a lot of blood based on the pain I had yesterday.

I have a DR apt in two days to discuss what happened and blood work but wanted to know if anyone experienced anything like this before?
