Stomach cramps and back pain?!

I’m around 4 weeks 3 days… had bloods done and my hcg level doubled in only 35 hours which the dr said is reassuring. 
However! I’ve been getting lower back and cramping all day! 
I’ve been to the toilet to check for bleeding more times than someone with chronic diarrhoea. 
No bleeding but I also don’t have ANY pregnancy symptoms. Not a single thing! 😰 
Stressed is an understatement!

Some women do not get symptoms this early on or ever. You could be one of the lucky ones. However cramping and lower back pain is a symptom. Most women have period cramps (not the severe ones)  in the beginning and throughout their pregnancy however for me. I only had sense of smell everything made me gag, I had morning sickness, and my breast had a burning sensation. However, I didn’t start experiencing most of them until I was already almost 7-8 weeks pregnant. Hopefully it’s nothing but if your numbers are doubling and your doctor doesn’t seem worried then I wouldn’t be either ✨✨ (heard not worry when you’re growing a human) currently 5 months tomorrow and I constantly worry. My symptoms are gone besides the urge to urinate every 5 mins and insomnia.

You’re gonna be fine♥️♥️ I was the same way with my first to where sometimes I’d actually cry it hurt so bad , there’s a broadddddd range of pregnancy symptoms don’t stress !!

Don’t stress! I had some pretty intense cramping from 4-8 weeks, just like period cramps! I am almost 11 weeks now, with barely any cramping. Completely normal! Remember your uterus is prepping to grow fairly large!

It’s okay girl I’m 5 weeks and 4 days and my symptoms come and go sometimes I don’t even feel like I’m pregnant but I believe most females don’t get pregnancy symptoms until like 6 weeks at least that’s when I got it with my daughter. And cramping is fine it means your uterus is stretching as long as it’s no bleeding then you should be fine
