Tongue/lip tie

So after weeks and weeks of doctor visits and lactation consultants we have finally came to the conclusion that my son has a tongue and lip tie.

We were exclusively breastfeeding when we noticed his weight was dropping from the curve. Started supplementing with formula and now I exclusively pump until we get the tongue tie procedure as it’s the only way we’ve seen him gain weight.

Has anyone else dealt with this? How did the procedure go? I’m so nervous about my baby experiencing pain and working on pain management for him. Any advice is helpful!!!
