Dry skin post birth. HELP!

Had my little boy six months ago and since giving birth the skin on my face has been so so dry, like peeling off my face dry.

I've always had oily skin so none of my skin care stuff is working for me. My skin care routine has also gone out the window.

Anyone know a really hydrating face cream I could try

Needs to be under £20, available in the UK and preferably not too scented.

We have a wedding in two weeks and I don't think I could even put foundation on because my skins so dry
