Endometriosis?

Hi! I just recently joined this group in hopes to get some answers. I got my period at a pretty early age, and have had these severe cramps that I’ve been to the ER twice for. They’ve caused me to throw up, not be able to walk, not be able to sleep, miss school and athletic events and more. I also bleed a tonnn on my period. Although they are usually pretty severe and heavy (even with the hitch control and pain meds) they aren’t always super bad and very in severity. I’m starting to get worried my symptoms getting worse and worried I may have endometriosis.

I’ve been to doctors for several years trying to figure out what’s wrong and all they’ve done is prescribe birth control and super high dosage pain meds. They’ve mentioned endometriosis but said I can’t really do anything about it yet sense the only way to diagnose it is with an invasive surgery. I’d really appreciate any feedback or advise you could give because my periods can be absolutely horrific. Thank you!!
