Endometriosis and infertility

Hello everyone, today I went to the fertility clinic for my plan of care. MD suspects endometriosis on the outside of the uterus lining cuz of my symptoms and slightly enlarged uterus. The hysteroscopy came back negative for the inside of uterus. I had the sono hsg and labs and everything was good. Besides my egg reserve was on the low end of normal and he said it could be endometriosis. Im going to have the lap surgery done that is recommended. I was just wondering if anyone had complications or how their experience went. Super nervous. Or if anyone concieve without the surgery? Been trying for 2 years.
