Can you still be pregnant after negative blood test??

Question

Hello beautiful ladies!! I am on 42nd day no periods at all. My cycle is usually 28-29days, never missed my periods before. Did pregnancy test as well as blood test both came negative. I am just little worried as this has never happened before. We are TTC so if I don’t get my periods how am I supposed to TTC in next cycle? 
It would be great if I can get some help!!

An ultrasound might help, could be a cyst or other condition as a blood test would accurate.

If the test is done before you produce hcg, then yes.
But then you're technically not really pregnant either.
It's way more likely you haven't ovulated yet or just ovulated and will have your period in two weeks time.

You most likely haven’t ovulated and caused a delay in your cycle. Blood test are very accurate so I would trust the result. You have to wait it out till your next cycle comes usually doctors will only help to get your period back after 90 days of being late.

If the blood test is negative then you arent pregnant. Of course, there is always an outlier situation but you would have a better chance of winning powerball twice in a row and then being hit with a falling 747 while on a rowboat in the middle of a pool. Could be...but not really.
