Boyfriend can’t cum during sex

My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year and a half now and he’s never came during sex. We will go for over two hours sometimes and he still won’t get off. Psychologically he will but not physically. He has to beat off when physically cumming. He’s never gotten off during sex in his entire life. Does anyone have this problem in their relationship and how do you deal with it?
