My husband is 47 XYY karyotype

We started trying for our first baby july 2021. I got pregnant in august and had a miscarriage in september. Got pregnant again in december and had a second miscarriage in february 2022.

We went to a fertility specialist and had some tests done. Mine came back normal but my husband has an extra cromosome (47, XYY). Our doctor says the only possibility for us is ivf with pgd, but we really cant afford it at the moment.

Anyone else going through someting like this?? Do you think we have a chance to have a healthy baby naturally?? We thought to do a FISH test but I dont know if its worth the money and if it'll help in some way.

I really would apreciate any kind of advise!
