Big Twins

I’m so tired & heavy. I just had my last US until my scheduled CS & I feel like DDay cannot come soon enough. I’m now 34+4 weeks & my CS is scheduled at 38 weeks. My little girl is measuring 6lbs already & her brother is measuring 5lbs 11oz. I know US’s can be a little off, but the measurement of my son 6 days before he was born was off by 2 oz. Now that I mention my son, both twins are bigger now than he was when I delivered him at 36 weeks. I’m so happy that they’re healthy, but my doc said they are likely to be 8lbs each by 38 weeks. That’s 16lbs of JUST baby. How will my body not just die?
