Legal advice needed

I’ve made a post last night about our household & finances situation and I’m considering filing for divorce. My name is not on either one of cars. If I were to leave and file for a divorce, can I take my car even though my name isn’t on it? Can he keep me from taking it and call the cops? I live in Florida and I’m thinking it’s considered marital/ joint asset if I’m not mistaken as it was purchased after we got married. I’m hoping if he gets to keep it from me, he won’t have the right to sell it as it will be divided in court later. It’s my only means of transportation and I can’t go anywhere without it.
