Bleeding with mucus

Hi there I am 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby and last evening and even today I noticed after going to toilet I get this red blood along with the mucus. (Sorry Picture attached ) Has anyone experienced this during pregnancy and know what can cause it ? Please let me know. Thanks
