Spotting after period

Hey guys, I’m almost 14 months postpartum and since 6 weeks after giving birth I always had my period every month. I exclusively breastfeed ( on demand). I had 3 days of heavy period this month (even leaked on the bed) it stopped on the 4th day. And then 2 days after I started spotting/light period with lil bit of cramps. It’s been 1 week since I started spotting and it’s still there when I wiped. Anyone experience this? We are using condoms. I also tested and it’s negative.
