How long is your LO wake window ?

My daughter has a 3 hr wake window in the morning then a 5 hour wake window in the afternoon. I feel like that is so long. I think it's because of the 8 month sleep regression? Or is she ready to drop a nap? Before it was only 2-3 hours morning and afternoon then she'd be out by 7pm. Now she doesn't go to sleep until 10pm.

Id say it can go up to 4hr but i try to keep it at max 3hrs. There are days where she is just refusing naps and is up for 5hrs too. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It also depends on how good her nap prior is.

My son had a sleep regression stage at 6 months until he was 8 months now he has one nap in the morning and stays awake from 11-12 until 7-8 for bed time and sleeps the whole night. If your baby isn’t acting tired I wouldn’t force a nap. I only make my son take a nap if I see he’s being fussy and cranky. But as he’s awake for so many hours it definitely helps for night time. I wouldn’t complain momma they know when they are tired just sometimes they’re stubborn 😂
