⚠️TMI New period symptoms??

Has anyone developed new period symptoms later in life after youve gotten use to the signs of your periods other incoming signs?

For me, I get cramps a day or two before, follow by spotting, and sometimes I flow and sometimes I don't. It all depends and this has been for years since Ive started. But now since a few years ago, I get extremely sick with the cramps, to the point off vomiting a few times. Here is whats new: a sudden slight fever, nausea, sometimes vomiting, and feeling like I'm out of balance. I plan to discuss this with my doctor again but I want to know if any other ladies experience sudden new symptoms with their cycle oncoming.

P.S. I do take the pregnancy tests and they are always negative.
