Brown/pink spotting— how common is it?

Hi! I’m 6 weeks and 3days along. I haven’t had super strong symptoms other than fatigue and frequent urination, nausea very rarely. The last week or so I’ve had cramps but nothing serious. I did notice different spotting but today I was a little caught off guard by the color and texture. I went to pee and when I wiped it was light brown/pink and very sticky. It was a normal amount of discharge. Is this common? When I should worry? I don’t have any pain or anything. My cramps are barely there, almost gone or in waves. This is my first pregnancy so I freak out all the time 😂 sorry for all the questions lol!
