Does this outfit go together?

I’m awful at putting outfits together lol. So I need your help. This is for an outdoor ranch type wedding late April. Would this look good together?
And what type of jewelry would go with it???

I would never wear it to a wedding but it was cute for a night out or a concert.
I’d wear a cute short dress with some cowboy type boots to the wedding instead.

For the wedding style & it being casual - I think it’s great , I would however go with a different shirt ! Personally feel it’s too revealing - even for a causal wedding
