Has anyone delt with having extra fluid in late pregnancy?

If you have what was the outcome of it? Did you get induced or go full term? I am not being monitored quite closely for it and I feel like it's making me MUCH larger than I should be. I'm 36 weeks today and I'm huge lol.

They thought I had this my last pregnancy and they did multiple ultrasounds to check. And at one of my appointments the doctor said it looks too much and was trying to send me to the hospital right then and there to do a C-section. They never told me why but after one more ultrasound a specialist said no need. I also had gestational diabetes and cholestasis so idk if combined was the reason or just the extra fluid. It was a blur! Either way I was induced two days later at 37 weeks.

I did most of pregnancies. No issues or inductions. Just carried on like normal
