If you refused cervical checks in labor, What was your experience?

Cervical checks are often unnecessary and the use of routine cervical checks has been studied with zero evidence found that they provide any information about the progress of labor or duration of labor or anything else that they are commonly looking for these routine checks. They can cause pain and discomfort to a laboring woman. Many women do not know that there is no evidence to support the use of them during labor and agree to these checks, however many more women are becoming aware of the lack of evidence and choosing to refuse them.
